We are making progress on the Penrose Institute and have now found a person to lead the physics side. In the meantime, the first demonstration of brain tissue preserving entangled photons was demonstrated by a team in New York, not a proof of any quantum effects in the brain but an important enabler. I should also say that Ivette, the Physics lad has a promise of several million dollars of funding from the Templeton Foundation for the Bose-Einstein-Condensate sensor and currently has $200,000 in feasibility money and because she is Mexican has contacts to Carlos Slim and is working that route.
