Most of the items in red have already been updated, but when they do the records review it's done before the inspection items. I know it's kind of misleading but the way we do a pre buy is to show the buyer what is do at this time. If you look at the work order you will see that most or all items in red have been covered by the inspection and will be updated in cmp.
