Once the company she was working for found out she had breast cancer, terminated her, there was an issue with Medical Insurance, so she sued the company. The judge on the case ruled in her favor, Wrongful Termination= receiving $5,000 as settlement, they then went on to Cobra Coverage
An intruder was coming on to their property (ve=y rural NM) she confronted him with a gun, the intruder took off and she ca=led the Police
She admitted to the Office that she had a drink and under NM la= it is an offense to banish a weapon if alcohol is involved
She was changed wi=h aggravated assault (confronting him with gun) intoxication, these charges=where dismissed
He was a bit taken aback, considering all charges where dismis=ed, surprised it was on her record
They did not even consider this an issue&nb=p;
