I've discussed with Susan and our estimate for the green card processing is $6500 - $8000 in legal fees for the extraordinary ability green card petition and assuming approval, $2500 for the 1.485 adjustment of status applications for you and your family. Please note that these fees are our legal fees only. The government filing fees will be $700 for the green card petition and a total of $3,950 for the I-485s ($1225 each for you and your spouse and $750 each for your 2 children). As we discussed, the extraordinary ability petition is eligible for premium processing for an additional $1225 which guarantees government review within 15 calendar days. Normal processing without premium is usually 6 - 8 months. We will request the government fees for each filing as needed.
