- =a) In consideration of the =ervices to be performed by the Consultant in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Foundation shall pay to the Consultant an aggregate =nnual fee of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) (the "Consulting =ee") in accordance with the following payment schedule:
- 10 two payments of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) each, or a total of Ten =housand Dollars ($10,000.00), have been made to the Consultant prior to the Consultant's execution of this Agreement, and the Consultant =cknowledges receipt of the same; and
(ii) a payment of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) shall be made to the =onsultant on or before the first business day of each of May, August and November, =017
