they were forced to use « Rothschild Martin Maurel to acquire this bank but have no intention to use this name in the long run ( as soon as the old mr Maurel dies )
He has « carte blanche » from David and Eric ( because he is the ceo now)to reach an agreement with me before we go to court end of June (terrible publicity for both our groups)
He intended to go about the process « like an M&A « deal (ie not leave the room before an agreement is reached, « even if we have to spend all night at it D) . We ended up spending less than 2 hours with him & new lawyer talking about basic issues that had been agreed on 5 yrs ago .
