Dear Mattie,

Last week I was viewing the new crop of films from the other city of brotherly love, Las Vegas. What better way to start the new Oscar season than to check out films at CinemaCon.

I have sent along this year's Oscar Diary. I always apologize for the lateness because the abridged version, loaded with photos, doesn't appear in print until the April issue of Avenue Magazine.

Hi Peggy,

It's always fun to read your Oscar Diary. I was especially curious this year due to the circumstances. It was nice to be reminded of your sense of humor, I definitely laughed out loud a few times. In regards to the checks, I have been receiving them. Thank you, it's very very generous of you and to be honest, they have been helpful but totally not necessary. Work is good right now and I've been able to start saving again. Hope you're well and thanks for sending over the article, it's great.
