I suggest we send you a complete design offer first (with breakdown of each design trade like architecture, MEP, Structure, etc.) and meanwhile we can work on a complete cost estimation of the same including design procure build (we can call it turnkey basis) basis except the local costs (transportation, accommodation, authority fees, third parties, etc.)

this is my house so we cant have an entry desk. the layout is good, with changes to be made to plan showers etc. what is the next step?
