After both Larry and I speaking with Pete numerous time regarding employment he only wants to be hired as a salaried employee and not a contractor: Pete's current package is: 98k salary, 2,800 bonus, health insurance and 401k match of approximately 4,000

Is the following acceptable to offer:

Salary: 100,000
Health & Dental Insurance: approximate cost 14,500
Vacation: 2 weeks
Bonus: at your discretion Dec 2018

If Pete accepts he will give two weeks notice on Monday and be ready to work for us full time 2 weeks later..
