RE: L/H Galley design
Jeffrey,
Is this what you have in mind for the L/H galley — Upper tower for coffee and glass storage outboard of two doors "flush" with microwave (inboard/outboard)?
Keep the existing hi temp oven or remove and make how many drawers?
I need to know this to adjust work spec and pricing.
Please note that custom fabricated inserts for china, glassware, silverware is never included in pricing and is completely dependent upon design and quantity. Customarily this is quoted once the client has selected all "galleyware" and has identified what areas to be fitted for galleyware—just an FYI.

tuna or chicken salad
Glad to see you haven't loss your sense of humor.
Galleyware inserts are very time consuming and will be quoted after everything is procured and identified.
Galley construction — It takes real time and money to make changes. A little this, a little that (which ends up in reality costing thousands I'm ok with the tuna on rye, but my employee's and vendors don't barter for sandwiches).
Please let me know about the galley so we can keep moving fwd.
I sent off the drawings and other info to Rockwell Collins regarding the ALL shades UP / DOWN at your switch panel. It will likely take them about a week to get back to me with an answer and daily prodding.
Best Regards,
Eric
