I presume it is clear that the recent proposal transmitted by Harry's lawyer that I should be satisfied with a handout of 100k a year from the Marital Trust is too disgraceful for comment. I would like to know what further information you require for reimbursement for tax payment. We have previously transmitted a great deal of financial information in order for you to reimburse our taxes, including proof of payment and more. Exactly what more do you require, and with what justification? We see little reason that you cannot act on the information already provided. As for the claim about concern for my later years, that has been thoroughly refuted.

with your will i would make a video, so that any future judge could see you were of sound mind. Arizona has a strange elderly abuse law. in addition to the normal of undue influence. I think you either take a very strong legal position. or using your writing ability to make it clear to max and his firm that he is the trustee. for distributions. harry is out of control and you would like their help in rescinding your resignation and replacing harry.

Acting on your earlier suggestion, we did arrange with the lawyer who's drafting the will to arrange video. If Max does not do as I requested in this last letter, I'll write to him as you suggest (how do I write to the firm?). But will check with you first to see that I am getting it straight.
