If it helps, I will redesign the system. This involves a complete redesign of the switchgear and the addition of step up transformers. With all of that said, you will be able to do the design as requested and use the generators to back up both islands. Additionally, I believe you will save some money.

I will, however, send you an addendum for this design because it is quite detailed and a significant amount of additional work.

• Submit Cable Permit
• Use lengths determined in permit to order Sub Sea Cable
• Submit re-design to VIWAPA
• Order Switches, meter cabinet, transformers, and on-land underground cable after receiving VIWAPA approval of design
• Installation
• Commissioning
