Summary:

Photons come from the Eyes

A dedicated project is needed to have a chance of finding Coded photons from the eyes. A controlled experiment plan will be executed.

If we find coded emissions of photons from the eyes, it will change human history.

I will be happy to meet with you regarding the plan.

Note that this program was developed separate from and will be distinct from my UCSD work.
