Jeff: my sister wendy Lives in boca with her husband of 25 yrs Sid Sol=mon (started Abilene oil co inConey Island). Sid is 91, happy, secure=and well taken care of by wendy. He has an scumbag son Jeffrey Solomon who h=s sued Sid and wendy to get guardianship of Sid claiming that he is incapac=tated and separate them. They have no relationship and have had major=disputes over money for years. He is simply a trying to extract their=savings ($9MM) and leave wendy basically broke.

My question is do you know of a boca or PB attorney who wendy can engage?&nb=p; She is interviewing and has 2 in mind but can you recommend a fickin bul=dog who works in family matters, estates and guardianship? I'm heading down to boca week after next to assist her. She's hanging tough b=t has never dealt with evil. She has the funds to fight and Sid and wendy a=e united. All claims are bogus and are just a rouse to get at their m=ney. The son has sued other family members in the past over money and=this is what he does. Can you refer or recommend an attorney from boc= or PB? Lmk and thanks in advance.
