The Minor Permit for GSJ we are applying for will be for the following items:
- 1 North Terrace (formerly heli-pad)
- 2 Pool on main beach.
- Quonset hut erection on Christmas Cove service area, and one next to the current solar shed.
- Top of island tennis court.
- Flagpole area deck.(waiting on BLUA for height).
- The three docks will be put in as a major permit by Amy Dempsey (I understand this was done already).
The tennis court location needs to be clarified. I will send a site plan and circle the possible locations. In order to complete the application for the minor permit, I will need you or someone with your power of attorney to sign the application as applicant and owner. I will also need tax clearances from the Lt. Governor's Office for the property taxes and the Certificate of Good Standing for the LLC. We will also need the "CZM" package from the Lt. Governor's Office. Finally, we will need a tax clearance letter from IRB.

Wanted to update you and Mr. Epstein on the status of the components you will need for the Minor Permits filings:
- Application signature pages - completed and delivered to you
- Tax clearance letters - completed and delivered to you
- Certificate of Good Standing - the certificate is awaiting the Lt. Governor's signature; I asked them to please expedite, so hopefully by Monday of this coming week.
- The CZM and Earth change package - Mr. Freeman says they should be ready tomorrow 7/7.
- Tax Clearance letter from IRB - it is ready - I will deliver it to you tomorrow, with the CZM packages if they are ready.
