I have received your message and tried to call you. I am on the west coast and will be back in the office on Monday. This morning I received notice of the filing of the Petition by Harry's attorney and Harry also copied me on his message to Noam, forwarding a copy of the pleadings to him. I assume you have seen the Petition and the supporting materials and that you understand that the Petition is limited to an action seeking the court's guidance as to the method by which my successor is to be chosen.

As I am with family and an ill friend I'd be grateful if you would reply to me by email, rather than call. But if you want to set up a phone call I will try to call you at a time that's convenient for both of us.
