problem
michael..
I am concerned that the courtyard lights, that are still not one after one month and much of my personal time, is emblematic of an overall problem. ONE month ago, I asked for lights that light up the whole courtyard as the others were removed. I told you I wanted three types of FLOODLIGHTS and not spots. You told me Danny said Home Depot were out. Next day still not done. You told me Danny had no time then he put up small landscape lights that didn't work. I told you again I wanted to see three or four choices so we can move toward. I did not. You told me Ron ordered some. I arrived and they were spotlights and focused on only one tree telling me you forgot what I wanted. Next day, nothing happened. You told me we didn't have a ladder. I had to explain that we do, or get one. You told me we didn't. I arrive to find lights again not done. You tell me, well I told Danny and when I saw it it was 4:15. So again ONE month and ten questions to me. NOTHING works.
The refrigerator does not have properly prepared snacks for guests, it has bins of fruit, 4 day old pizza, days old baguette. A total disgrace. You told me you were an executive chef, but the guest fridge looks like a cafeteria in a bad public school.
I have had to ask about a swing, not a critical component, not that important. Now approximately 10 times. Each time either I was told it was handled, on order and only yesterday told it was being shipped FROM Palm Beach on the 17th. Also not true.
You told me that you help out, getting your hands dirty and I should ask Dupson. I did, and he said no, you DO NOT, nor did anyone else, boat washing, etc.
Not sure why you waited until the end of the day to ask about dinner? Requiring an additional trip after 5 o'clock. Would have been easy to ask, as you should sometime during the day.
I expect the food is to be presented, in the fridge like you would a dinner. Ask what people want.
Ana tells you not to spray, the punchlist says not to spray, but you tell her it's odorless, making an excuse for violating my strict rules and getting me sick.
The punch list should be returned with accurate and complete information. You filled in dates randomly, did not speak to the people actually doing the job and just wrote Sylvester's name in without consultation with him. Dates, times, etc.
You told me that people are going off and on the island, but you are not sure why. You have been here for two months. I ask for barge painting, you tell me you don't know, but think it's 2400 dollars. Ana and Carlos both say they told you 9700 dollars and sub base.
I am hopeful that you will do better as you have promised.
