I feel like we're doing everything twice because he's confused as to what to do or how to do it. Kimberly is good but Michael is of no help to us whatsoever

-This morning he asked me what time the Barge runs. I said Michael, aren't you on the Barge group text and he said yes but just tell me.

-I asked him if he sent Bossman the updated punch list and he said no. That he thought Bossman would just log on to see it

-Michael asked me to update all the items he highlighted in blue on the punch list last night, which I did. Then he asked me this morning which ones did I update

-I had Liston set up to install the battery at Cabrita point and he told Jermaine that we will do it in house without telling me so it didn't get done.

-He asked for a trash run and when they picked up the bin it wasn't even half full

-He placed an MSI order and asked us to go pick it up and when it arrived to LS1 he said he made a mistake the order is wrong. Kamy is taking it back in the morning

-He scheduled a barge run for 3pm for Marble counter top and then re-scheduled for tomorrow (Sat) at 9am
