dupson approached michael about a raise for onel he currently is on payroll earning 13.28 per hour payroll benefits (employer pays 50% 7.65% of 15.3% self =mployment tax & approximately 10 holidays that are paid)
comparable independent =ontractors are earning 15.00 per hour with pay only when =orking
other benefits
2013 bonus =nbsp;531
2014 bonus 531
2014 loan 2,000 repaid 2,000
2015 bonus =,000
2016 bonus 1,000
please advise if we should give a raise =nd if so to what amount per hour thank =ou
