There were two payments to Poland:

(1) One for $50,000 on 1/30/15. This came from the Sublime bank account because at that time I wasn't able to wire from the Lviv account and I was asked to do it immediately. If you see the attached statement (acct. ending in 7618 with an end date of 1/30/15), you'll see the $50,000 wire out to Poland and the same amount transferred from the Lviv account back to Sublime to cover it.

(2) The second payment was for $78,500 on 2/2/15 from the Lviv account. See attached statement (acct. ending in 5168 with an end date of 2/27/15). By that time, I was able to directly wire from the Lviv account.
