I want to take George Church and maybe Mike Stratton (https://www.sanger.ac.uk/people/directory/stratton-sir-mike) to establish group that identifies and invests / funds the leading and most advanced Generics businesses (for commercialisation) in US and UK/Europe to take them to China for clinical trials and market access. I would try to get allocation of $ 1-2 billion (not committed) and charge each year $10m for operations.
