Per AS' instructions, $300= was wired from the Lviv account to Aquilamus GmbH (Magnus) in April 2016.=C24› I never received any paperwork so don't know what entity the=stock was issued to. I'm assuming AS, but can't conf=rm without having the documents. I'm sure she has them.

On 4/6/16, AS asked me to transfer $300k from her personal account to the Lv=v account. I categorized this as a loan to the business.

I never received any paperwork on this so don't know any mo=e about it other than that. That's why I forwarded what info=mation I had to AS so she could fill in the blanks for you.
