My suggestion is that you talk first to Max Kohlenberg, because Sam Bain doesn't give any information before discussing with Max. Even when Noam requests funds from his IRA, Bainco calls Max before.

And Noam should send an e-mail to Max Kohlenberg and Sam Bain informing them that Richard Kahn is going to contact them on his behalf and authorizing them to provide all the information, right?
