@DS I'm sorry to hear about it, the first day is usually a fairly relaxed day, however the next few days for him will be intense and packed, he will be 1) introduced to business departments to learn their work focus, 2) involved in the Bank of China London Branch History project team, one of the bank's priority projects, and 3) go to trading floor to talk to traders. Research Team is the Bank's brain for the Executive management, their focus is research, collect, analyze useful information that are matters to the Bank's development, we hope through this few days, Edward will be able to master the research skill and an ability to select useful information. However, the key is what Edward wants and expects, I will talk to him today and to see how I could assist his requirements. Please do let me know if you have any expectation? Regards,
