If you want to see what is being accomplished, then I need to be able to guide Cashkim in the before and after process you suggested once Maurice starts Monday. I am saving those underground spaces for him because this is the reason he is being hired. We will not see progress this week in those spaces.

Sending Cashkim every 48 hours to sneak off to find all the things we haven't gotten to yet while we are busting our tails on current projects is demoralizing both to me and the rest of the crew. It implies we are doing nothing, which is irritatingly contrary to the truth.

I understand Cashkim's role is to identify problem areas so we can address them. I perceive he has cataloged the entire islands quite well.

Perhaps now we can turn our focus to showing you progress instead of crawling under water heaters and behind pipes in drainage rooms to find something wrong. Those spaces will begin to be addressed by Maurice on Monday.
