I was wondering, re the NPA as the state was a participant in the contract. and a beneficiary, ie I plead guilty in the state. etc. can a federal judge set aside a contract between me and the state?

the question i was raising was i thought that the state was beneficiary to the contract and should potentially also intervene. ? or opine? how can marra return the state or me the status quo? federal -state issue as well? fun

I don't think the state has a dog in the fight because the guilty plea sticks regardless. If YOU moved to withdraw your plea, the state prosecutor might make the argument to the state court along the lines you are making.
