Re: Question
Other than the obvious political angle Acosta/Trump, why is 100% of the focus on the federal NPA and not on the "lenient" sentence in state court for a guy who you are supposed to be? Florida has a very very robust victims' rights law allowing victims to make submissions and participate at every stage. Did the victims participate in state court? I know they were given notice of the final proceeding but what about before that? And whether or not they did, why don't the victims and the press scream about that? True some pieces speak in general terms about how you got off easy; but it strikes me as odd or oddly political that the focus is on the NPA (when federal charges would have been much more of a stretch - although that is it a point the public picks up on as well).
the fact that i passed a lie detector test very early on, re knowledge of age. means anything . or ??
Not much. But something. Who gave it, what questions, etc. written report?
Can I put down my phone now? I have been sitting holding it since 2 yesterday when you said you wanted to call.
