I spoke to hank and he is claiming poverty. He said Rona is suing him because he hasn't been able to make the payments for her car. I think he is financially not well.

I mentioned about the 1099's and he said that we should do what we have to do. I don't think he was being cocky but he understood that we have that option. I doubt he will be able to pay us in any real time, even if he had the desire to. Remember, he made his living by scamming investments out of people.

If we were to file 1099's, which I think we should, fuck'm) how do we go about that and for how much? Is it for the amount we lent him or for a higher amount so that we recoup the money via tax savings? Not sure how it works.
