I hope you are doing well these days: knowing you can compartmentalize things I think so. Of course let me know if there is anything I can do (you are due for some lab rechecks if none have been done recently).
Also as you know I saw Sultan yesterday. His is an amazing, miraculous recovery from an horrendous accident. His HBOT results are also extraordinary. He may have told you I went (first trip) to Israel a year ago and spent a private evening with Sami Sago and Dr. Efrati at their HBOT chamber in Tel Aviv. I am a huge fan of its enormous potential. Doing it 2 hrs/day 5 days/week for 12 weeks is not for everyone but the payoff is often great for those who can (Joe Namath is another testimonial for its use in TBI). Let's talk if you are interested in it--especially in NYC (or Bahamas ?)
