Car service for Greg Chaitin, wife and baby on Saturday

Robert Kuhn has requested I hire a car service to pick up Greg Chaitin, his wife and 18 month old baby this Saturday to bring them to the house for a noon arrival. The car will need to take them back to the hotel in Mt Kisco when the meeting is done. Should return be 2pm?
