It's called top model of the world Ukraine. The guy who's my friend does visas for Ukrainian girls. There's no particular limit, the entry point is at 7.10K, my guess is that it's a subject to how much authority you prefer to have. They just start castings and the final will be in September. He wanted for me to be on a committee but I cannot leave the country now. I wanted to chat in more detail bc too much text:)
