As an investigator in NY, I like a guy name= Joe Dwyer. He does great work. A problem with him though is t=at it would be difficult to use him to testify in a case because he took a=plea in a case for getting a cop to get him non-public records on informan=s. The lawyers he was working for had him do it but he took the whol= rap and they walked. He did not go to prison and he has his license=back; but that would be an area of cross examination. I still think =e does the best investigative work. It is very tough to find a good =ne in NY.

His brot=er Ron Dwyer is pretty good. They don't speak but Ron speaks=to me.

There are a couple=of other guys who are good at pulling records on people. Joe is just=all excellent at getting people to talk to him.
