I found A-Passport Agency here in NY who will process your request for a second passport (I did not divulge your status) They MUST send in your 10 year passport however...along with all the other items they need (which I have accumulated, except for the passport pictures) We can try them if you prefer but we need to get everything to them today. They say they should have your passport back by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. ...but you want to travel to SIT on Tuesday....
If you want to try this please let me know as soon as possible.
