What email service is she using? Are the un=eceived messages in her Junk/Spam box?

Junk filters scor= messages in part by the content of the messages like "bad words•=804'/adult content, some email providers will even filter at the server le=el before they deliver to the user's mailbox.

She should add you to her address book to prevent mailbox level fi=tering (ie preventing your messages from going to her junk box).

Server level filtering is harder, may require an altern=tive email account.
