lust went to the passport agency. Had to ar=ue to get past reception, and information teller to get to 10th floor. Once=in 10th floor another rep who after insisting I needed an appointment and p=oof of travel in the next two weeks eventually said she would get me a supe=visor. 5 minutes later she came out and said no one is available to see me a=d I have to go through channels and get an appointment.
