Max Kohlenberg forwarded to me your email requesting that he provide any and all information regarding your estate to Richard Kahn. He forwarded me the email in my capacity as your estate attorney and because his only current role is as the trustee of Carol's marital trusts, he felt it would not be appropriate for him to connect directly with Richard Kahn.

Could you please bring me up to date on what you envision Richard Kahn's role to be, whether he replaces John DeSimone and/or Nick Nichols (who are in the process of working on your financial and investment matters as per our discussions to date), and what firm Rich Kahn works for? Max also forwarded to me a second email from Rich Kahn's assistant requesting a telephone conference, and there is no firm or other business affiliation noted in their assistant's email.

If you could please update me, I would be very grateful.
