as i dont play golf I m unfamilar with handicap calculations. . is there a meaningful analogy with progressive tax reform. . ie giving the little guy a break. .

Not sure. Progressive taxes give rewards to losers by asking them to pay less. Handicaps are more like aff action they cause game to start with everyone not at zero.

it seems like handicapps are the results or more complex calculations then tax brackets. who gets what . why , . im on today
