It is probable that Jonathon Pempek USACE will be c=ming down on the 11th. USACE regulatory has been giving him some pus= back on processing of the dock permits(and on several other non complianc=s he has settled). I will be talking to him about what needs to be d=ne to get things moving forward again. I know CZM had raised issues =n the applications and the temporary ramps. Has there been a resolut=on? I want to check on what is happening but did not want to stir th= pot so to speak if a resolution is in the process.
On the cable side we are less than a month away=from both the CZM permit and the USACE
permit.
