Attached 4 possible carpet selections for the Lodge. The existing wool carpet is reflected on the right of photos or upper. Photo Carpet 1st Choice is the closest to existing color palette,

At present both bathrooms have carpet installed, I would recommend that these be tiled for ease of cleaning

The Kitchen and Laundry have Stick Down Linoleum, both not in great condition, needs to be replaced. Curtains in Master Bedroom, Living Spaces and Kitchen all are faded and need replacing

Noting other than

• Red Tiled Kitchen Counter Top (2003) - not in great shape.

• New Appliances (2016) - Oven is AV spec to fit into existing space.

• New Deck (2017).4k0everything is original to build.

Everything is looking a little tied & dated Oak Cabinets, Formica Counter Tops, Gold Accents
