Venezuela, better choice. But Saudi would of course prefer Iran. 2 answer re plane depends on tax (depreciation), routes flown most often. Are you willing to share? You could buy a small plane with coast to coast range. And still have enough money at the end of your life to fund stem programs in the inner cities.
