Re: Little C
Good morning, All,
Randy Amparo is scheduled to be on vacation February 14 - March 3 (10 vacation days, two weekends, one holiday). Because we will be down one captain, it makes sense to me to have Little C hauled out ahead of his departure and maintenance and repairs done during his absence. Per my request Randy inquired with Nanny Cay, re: their schedule. They do not have availability on Feb 13 for haul out, but they can do it tomorrow, Tuesday, February 12.
My next question is whether we already have an approved estimate of cost for the work. Do we have
My third question is whether this will work for BVI Painters. Randy, did you check with them also?
In the event we do have the record and we can make this work, this means we may need to resume the morning ferry service for a little while longer while Little C is out.
Please advise.

Who approved randy leaving those dates? and when?
Rich,
In reference to Patrick not being the one to respond--I communicate for him because he drives boats all day. I would never make this proposal without consulting with him first.
In reference to not having a Little C record from a decision made prior to my role as manager or Patrick's instruction to be the lead on boats -- I was TOLD MULTIPLE TIMES by you, Rich, and Daphne that she holds all the records, that I should not duplicate them by holding my own copies, and that all I have to do is ask and she will retrieve it for me. Instead of making an effort to blame or point out inefficiencies I didn't create, it would be helpful if you could be part of the solution by providing the information I requested. This is a perfect example of why I am becoming reluctant to communicate with you or Daphne any more than I have to. Every time I reach my hand out as instructed, it gets slapped.
In reference to Patrick working 7 days a week - we live here. We eat, breathe, and sleep this island and have made every effort to take very good care of it in addition to the other management responsibilities we have absorbed. At his last visit Mr. Epstein expressed that the island looked five times better than it had in six months. May I provide the reminder that this occurred in the last four weeks which also encompassed Mike's vacation and Kyle's resignation? We both have been working very hard.
