Power Mortgage I sent in my income source letter today

IRS I need an answer which is hard to get, to be clear was filed in=October and
it adjudicated in December with a resolution now it is being refi=ed and processed

Pre columbian will get inventory and valuation shortly from auction ho=se for
the May sale

sculpture are out in approval at two institutions , they are not in Pa=is ( one was
shown there in December)

Purchase contract should be signed in April for the accepted offers

Jewelry sales for the $57,000 continue ,will have better handle tomorr=w

Art Shippers SRL Brussels Belgium, has larger piece in transit to veri=ication expert in Germany, for a quasi German institution

Will provide detail Monday
April 30 acquisition budget release
Net price $1,000,000

Told to be prepared for negotiation and youth net might be $450,000 and the other piece $800,000

1.These agreed to negotiated amounts by the curator and or the institu=ion director, in both cases they have to go the acquisition committee or t=e funding committee to get sale consummated and paid for ,I gave you dates=of April 15 and April 30 for the committee approval
2. Double checking the splits , but I believe I own 100% of these=A0
