How I end up owing you any money for allowing Terje to buy the apartment for half price is a mystery to me.
And then I hear that Terje knows nothing about it.
I do not hear from him and thus do not talk to him anymore and that is the price I pay for doing what I did.

I am struggling with the payments to the bank as a result of the sale of the same apartment at way below market value.
I am trying to sell assets as best as I can to pay the bank and I am not able to comply.

If Terje had a problem I would =o all to help him was my view then - and that is to help him with some mon=y for him to get his apartment if needed. If cash was needed.
I said he could finance 50% of =t in the bank on its market value and so he did. That (NOK 14 mill) =as the size of money it was needed to pay the mortgage bank and that he ne=ded to borrow to get the apartment without any cash. All this If he could not bor=ow for some reason; I would need to see to help him and all to make =ure he could retain his apartment for this family (and there we could need=to see what we could do).
This was not needed as the mark=t value was more than 100% above NOK 14 mill and the borrowing from any ba=k was without any problem.

the agreement with terje and the option that you suggest "expired" was clear. but that is none of my concern at all. you asked me to contribute 4million kr , and you would pay me back. we shook on it. I have perfect records. perfect I told you in my paris apt that i would not tell terje as this was between you and I. alone. you agreed. again I have perfect records. "you have my word". was what you said. I still believe you. The reason you do not hear from him, you know all too well.
