Hi Noam. No =roblems. The court has given us a date of March 13 to appear to fina=ize the settlement with the court. Have you had a chance to review t=e proposed settlement agreement? Should we set up a time to talk? The subsidiary documents are being drafted by Max's=counsel and us, including the release.

The release is a part of the settlement. Ask to get =t asap
