Re:
met with earl unfortunately he tried to cheat us. he told me that his proposal included 8- 25k switches. however with him watching i looked them up and found they were discontinued and sold for 5k. not nice
I see someone hired a girl named jen to clean the boats. did anyone get approval?
Sorry to hear about Earl. That's not good.
Jen has been cleaning boats for several months and was being paid out of petty cash. She does a great job. She owns the cleaning company I mentioned to you. Her invoices have consistently been in the petty cash reconciliations that are submitted monthly, so this is not new. Jen has moved to a billing cycle instead of being paid per cleaning. This is why this is the first time we are seeing it as a check request instead of in petty cash. She usually cleans twice a week.
under no circumstances does anyone get paid cash on a regular basis. . never.
Received.
unfortunately master still smells.
I have spoken with Reefco and have them scheduling us for next week to replace all the duct work for the master which is approximately 10 years old and also completely cleaning the air handler and the dehumidification unit in the attic. We also will be ordering new steam generators for the bath as they have a considerable amount of corrosion and are very close to unreliability.
After your departure the cistern will be opened and inspected with regard to sealing around cistern hatch and cleanliness of the cistern in general.
At this time I cannot think of any other possible sources of the smell.
