One of their questions and issues was how sand got up to the top of one of the hills where work was taking place.

I've reviewed all, army corps said we could leave in ramp until dock approved. so as not to put in and take out. you can see quite old. the roads that they show were all done after the hurricane and to clean. the bedroom for Mike's cottage the only issue. but his house was destroyed in the hurricane.
