Hi.. I have been thinking about lawsuit in Australia =perhaps the first of several ones we will be involved in). In =ustralia all one has to do is show she lied about facts in a public =ocument.. even if she was just repeating false facts from someone else =o use to impugn me. The three unassailable facts are:
There is no photo of =e touching anyone's breast.
There =as no claim of me doing anything similar regarding the woman at =WRU
I have never threatened anyone with =itigation to cause them to remove any blog.
There are of course =ther lies, but I think if we focus on these lies in her effort to =mpugn me that we have a solid case. I would like to begin the =rocess of exploring counsel in Australia. Are you on board? Note =hat none of this is retaliation against her claim at ASU, but against =er public claims associated with this.
