The Governor's Deputy Chief Of Staff just arrived on a Chartered Cessna 402 in front of our hangar, his name is Kevin Rodriquez. He came over to introduce himself to me, and said he would welcome the chance to speak with you. He said he will be running St Thomas, (not sure if he was kidding). He was a very nice guy, he came over to look at your helicopter, with his staff, all dressed in nice suits. Just FYI,

Be wary of Kevin and yes, he is the deputy chief of staff. He will be working directly out of Albert's office under the chief of staff, Karl Knight. Karl worked for John.
