I have several questions regarding=the appeal process and conciliation committee process and would great=y appreciate an answer to the following

I a=sume that Dr Thompson as the plaintiff, will be represented . cl= we know by who.?
How broad and or binding are the r=commendations of the concilation committe.
I have selected=Prof. Kimberley Marshall as my nominee for the Committee. She is will=ng to serve, and understands the requirements. I have not discussed the cas= with her.
I will be lecturing in Mexico from Sept=10-12 , so I would appreciate an alternative date for the meeting.
I am currently on paid leave, and I live in Portland Oregon a=d commute to ASU. I was informed by the Dean that as this is not a di=ciplinary procedure , I could come in to the office to get materials ..1was surprosed to find that all of my ASU accts are frozen. I have h=d to pay out of my own pocket for things like web maintenance, materials an= supplies etc, and to fly down on two different occasions to meet wit= the OEI investigators. I would like to ask if my research accounts c=n be unfrozen so that I might be able to access them for my research materi=ls, and also use the account that was set up to allow my travel to ASU in o=der to purchase air tickets to meet the committee whenever such a meeting i= scheduled.
New evidence relevant to the OEI investigatio= has arisen. Some of this was contained in my appeal letter to Presid=nt Crow. There is new evidence relevant to the allegation regarding M=lbourne Australia. I am including the emails I sent to OEI in this re=ard with this letter. I would hope that OEI will revise their d=termination based on this new information. If they do, will this affect the=process? Either way, would it be appropriate to include these emails=to OEI along with my appeal letter for the Conciliation Committee?
