Modernis= Bread has been great. I spent more on it than the previous Moderni=t Cuisine - it is easily the most expensive non fiction book in the histor= of mankind, it terms of development cost. And by the end of=it's first year it will be about 1/3 to 1/2 paid back. We come =ut in Spanish, French and German next year.
